Staff Training & Incentive:
Many motor dealerships now offer their sales, parts and customer service departments an incentive scheme whereby if they achieve a certain level of sales or customer satisfaction they are rewarded with a day out with Xtreme.ie.
This can include hotel stays, nights out with loved ones and friends, outdoor activities and much more.
One of Xtreme.ie’s core strenghts is in training all sales, technical and service staff for motor dealerships all over Ireland. We teach staff all aspects of their 4×4 range and they get to drive the entire range in the following situations:
- on wet grass as many customers ask them how they perfom in this area
- in mud, water, rocks, side slopes and other off-road environments
- towing a trailer and then a horse box
- on the road over pot holes, gravel and rough tarmac
We liase with the technical department to train all staff in problem areas, how to sell honestly to customers and how to deal with issues with regard to 4×4 driving and suitability of their vehicles.
This is very successful and works very well for our customers - that’s why many dealerships come back to Xterme.ie time and time again.
