10/05/2005 Tetra Pak Get Out and About with Ireland Xtreme

“The team at Ireland Xtreme’s were very professional in their approach to our event and great fun during the event. Well done!….”

Tetra Pak Ireland first started business in 1965 when the first machine was installed at the then Merville Dairies in Finglas, which subsequently became Premier Dairies. Over the past 40 years, Tetra Pak Ireland has grown from having only one to currently having 59 packaging lines in operation all over Ireland and today employs over 60 people. Every year each consumer in Ireland enjoys on average 100 milk and juice beverage cartons from Tetra Pak. Tetra Pak worldwide currently employs 20,905 people and is represented in more than 165 countries.

Here is what Tetra Pak said: “In May 2005 we selected Ireland Xtreme to create an event that was both challenging and fun as a ‘thank you’ to all our staff for their hard work over the previous year. We didn’t inform our staff of what the day involved but that it would be a ‘fun’ day.

We started our activities with Archery and Off-Road Driving followed by Giant Jenga. We then moved into the kitchens at Ballyknocken Cookery School and divided into 3 teams and each team had to prepare a main course.

It was great fun and a great way to see your work colleagues in a different, but challenging situation in a very fun-filled atmosphere.

The team at Ireland Xtreme’s were very professional in their approach to our event and great fun during the event. Well done!”
