Everyone agreed the day was a huge success. We all felt that it provided a lot of insight into other people’s characters to see them ‘working together’ in a different environment. Everyone really enjoyed themselves, it’s a great leveler to see all staff mucking in together, in the mud!, to pass their team’s tasks.
It was also a real boost for everyone to have a day which was relaxing as everyone really switched off from work and threw themselves into the fun! It was all very well organised and though we hadn’t done anything like this before, we certainly would come back again.
