Summer Sizzler
Looking for a team based challenge that requires complete communication, total teamwork and lateral problem solving? And finishing off with an amazing BBQ?
Ireland Xtreme offers the “Ultimate Summer Sizzle Event” by providing the total event solution to your day out from organizing transport to and from our event centre’s to finishing the day with an amazing BBQ.
Any programme can include a pick up from your Office, with a fun transfer to one of our event centres.
Once onsite the group is divided into teams and different zones where all must try to complete the objectives at each zone.
All goals on the day will be achieved through cooperation, strategy, using wits and clear communication.
Final part of the day is a BBQ and prize giving where all the fun of the day is relived!

Bridge Building:
A lot of planning is required to complete this activity in time; quick thinking and fast action are required to get the job done! A great fun way to highlight teamwork, communication and delegation skills!
Can you survive the bridge building challenge?
Snakes out of Ireland:
This challenge will test your teams balance, their group coordination and their communication skills.
To begin, the group will be brought down to our snake pit…. This will contain over 50 snakes!!! Each member of the group must take it in turn to face the snakes. They will be strapped into the hanging bed, which hangs only 2 foot above the snakes. Once strapped in, their job it to reach down and try to collect as many snakes as they can. They must then try to swing out towards the edge of the snake pit and deposit the snakes into the snake charmers basket. The team with the most snakes in the basket, at the end of their allocated time, is the declared the winner.
This activity provides great entertainment and ensures every group will have great fun.
Traversing Elements:
Team members will traverse the route through the forest, between trees and over ropes. Each team must take care as the rope (even though it’s not high) is slippery and moves a lot. The team will only get through if they use efficient communication and solid teamwork to work their way through this traverse.
Cuchulainn’s walk:
Travel back in time, to the days of Cuchulainn, and enter our enchanted wood if you dare! Two Teams will be met with a series of head-to-head obstacles and tasks to complete before reaching the Tree of Life.
Both Teams start the challenge by attaching themselves to separate ropes. Once attached participants are locked into the challenge and can only unlock by reaching the finish point.
Along the way they will meet such obstacles as the Peg Keg, Yellow Fever, Letters of leer & Ropy Pole. All of these must be completed while balancing on Cuchulainn’s Walk.
